From October 10th to 11th, 2019, at the invitation of the Timchenko Foundation, I participated in the 7th NATIONAL CONFERENCE "SOCIETY FOR ALL AGES" in Moscow as an expert in senior social entrepreneurship and foundations 50plus. Employment for all ages: how to avoid “becoming obsolete” on the labor market

Are work and employment after reaching the retirement age a vital need or a way to extend the active years? How can elderly people find themselves on the labor market given physical limitations and unwelcoming environment? Is it possible to start own business when you are of a certain age?
